Orders ship from Burlington, Ontario within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping (Tidewater Express, 3–5 business days) is $9.00, free over $75. Express (1–2 business days) is $19.00.

Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear. If a shipment shows no movement for 3 business days, contact support with your order number and we'll open a trace with the carrier; traces take 2–5 business days and we'll replace or refund any package the carrier can't locate.
